Dean has a BS in Business Administration from the University of  Florida.  He has worked with Orange County Utilities for over fifteen years as both a wastewater treatment operator and supervisor for the South Water Reclamation Facility.  Dean holds a Florida Class “A” Wastewater License and is responsible for the afternoon shift and computer SCADA and data acquisition systems.  Dean received his certification as a Certified Network Administrator from Novell and Certified NT Computer Professional from Microsoft.
